Jackson Hogg, one of the North East’s leading recruitment firms, has appointed experienced board-level consultant, Scot McHarg, as its new head of executive search.

Always with a clear focus on identifying high calibre candidates capable of adding real value whatever the role or market sector.
Richard Hogg, Managing Director of Jackson Hogg, said: “Scot is a fantastic addition to our team, and we’re glad to welcome him as our new Head of Executive Search. He brings with him a wealth of experience in board-level recruitment and will certainly be an asset to the team at Jackson Hogg.
“I am personally looking forward to working closely with Scot as we continue to build on our established client base whilst we pursue our ambitious grow plans on a regional, national and global level.”
Scot McHarg added: “Having really enjoy my time working with two of the larger regional recruitment businesses, I was really excited by the opportunity to join the Jackson Hogg at a time when they are growing so rapidly. I know owners Richard Hogg & Anthony Broadhead very well and was really attracted by the growth and success they’d achieved over the past 7 years and in particular reassured by their continued commitment to staff wellbeing and development.”
